In 1994, Aleksei graduated Mendeleev university of chemical technology of Russia, Moscow. In 1998 he got a master's degree in Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Entrepreneurship in Science and Technology.  In 1997, he ended his PhD studies at N.D. Zelinsky Institute of Organic Chemistry Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow. The topic of his work was “Synthesis and chemical properties of azoxyolefins”. His research interests are synthesis and properties of nitrogen-oxygen systems, nitrogen-containing heterocycles, synthesis of biologically active substances.
